Young lawyers are an important force in inheriting the idea of Kaimai, and the future and hope of Kaimai. In order to encourage the development of outstanding young people with pursuit, expertise and serious dedication, in November 2019, the "Kaima Star" award was created. Eligible young lawyers (including assistants) will be awarded the "Rising Star", "Summer Star", "Autumn Star" and "Winter Star" awards.
