On June 30th, 2018, celebrating the 97th year of the Communist Part of China, HighMark Law Firm launched the 2018 Mid-Year Conference at the multipurpose room,hosted by the Administration Director Feifei Lou and attended by all lawyers and members of the management team.

    The conference took place in the form office-to-face meet ups among the partners and their lawyer teams. Each member reported his or her own work progress, achievement in the past six months and goals for the next six months as well as suggestions for the firm in general,such as building up company culture and brand name.

    After listening to all suggestions,Liqing He, Hangzhou Xihu District Lawyers Association member, High Mark partybranch secretary, firm partner, summarized the conference. Lijia Shi, thebusiness manager, together with firm partners Lin Xu and Wenjun Fang, gavetheir speeches about how to lead the young lawyers to promote the integrativedevelopment of the firm with the core values.

     Approaching to the end, Director Menghua Dai concluded the conference with emphasis on talents, achievements, brand,professionalism and standardization. With expertise in fields of real estate,investment and trade, finance and securities, intellectual properties and corporate matters, the accumulated profit this the first half year of 2018 has surpassed the profit of the entire 2018. High Mark was nominated again in the"Asian Legal Business" for "Best Law firm in the East China 2018". In brand culture, High Mark was honored as "Advanced Party Branch"and "Advanced Primary-Level Party Organization". League Branch Secretary Yuqiu Wang was honored as "Distinctive League Member", and High Mark was chosen as "Student Social Practice Base" for Zhe jiang University.

     Director Menghua Dai emphasized that HighMark will take a bigger step in integrative development in the second half of the year in management and business line. Each lawyer and member should improve team efficiency to provide the most professional and responsive service for the clients.
