With the goal to enhance communication and collaboration between notary business and lawyers, on May 29th, 2018, five representatives from Hangzhou Zhijiang District Notary Office came to High Mark and signed a comprehensive strategic partnership plan with the firm for future collaboration in legal matters. 

    High Mark Director Menghua Dai welcomed the representatives and expressed deep interest in long-term collaboration with the Zhijiang Notary Office. The Head of Notary Office, Jinping Xu, agreed to enter a long-term relationship with High Mark to provide sustainable notary service. This strategic partnership plan will be the footstone for future development for both offices in areas of evidence collection, international legal matters and contract enforcement.
