On March 13th, 2018, High Mark Chief Partner Menghua Dai attended the Shanghai International Arbitration Week and gave the speech on "Arbitration Solution on Securitization of Real Estate Asset with Underlying Assets of Holding Property". Mr. Dai gave detailed presentation on "Asset Securitization Background", "Asset Securitization Concepts and Structures", "The Support of Commercial Real Estate Mortgage Loan on Securities" and "The Role of Arbitration in Asset Securitization". He elaborated on the advantages and risks of trust fund, private fund and other financing methods and emphasized the special role of arbitration in any legal conflict that can possibly result from this area.
