The article “Study on the Improvement of China's Intellectual PropertyArbitration System - Arbitrability and Provisional Measures as a Perspective” focuseson the arbitrability and interim measures in the intellectual property rightsarbitration system of China, and analyzes the relationship between theattributes of intellectual property rights' private rights and China's publicpolicies, and the relationship between arbitration's autonomy and judiciary bymeans of a review of the literature, and by combining with the extra-territoriallegislations and judicial practices, and then puts forward the suggestions onthe improvement of China's intellectual property rights arbitration system.
