On November 10, 2023, the secondInternational Legal Service Forum of Zhejiang on the theme of “Serve thePromotion of Opening Up and Build a Province with the Best Business Environmentunder the Rule of Law”, jointly hosted by the Belt and Road InternationalLawyers Association (“BRILA”) (Hangzhou Center) and the Zhejiang LawyersAssociation, was held in Hangzhou, with support from BRILA, the ZhejiangDevelopment and Reform Commission, and the Zhejiang Department of Justice. HuWei, Vice Governor of Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government attended theforum and delivered a speech. Kang Yu, BRILA Secretary General was invited toattend the forum. The opening ceremony was presided over by Wang Zhongyi, theDirector General of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Justice.

   Leaders and guests from relevantdepartments in Zhejiang Province, members of BRILA, universities and industryassociations, leaders of law firms, directors of professional committees of theprovincial lawyers association, delegation of BRILA, and representatives offoreign-related lawyers, totaling more than 240 delegates, participated in theforum. Grace Shi, the executive director of High Mark, was invited to attendthe forum.

   The forum released 30 Outstanding Foreign-relatedLegal Service Products of Zhejiang Province. The legal service products“International engineering EPC contract legal risk prevention” developed byHigh Mark's foreign-related legal service team was awarded as the OutstandingForeign-related Legal Service Product of Zhejiang Province.
