On September 18, Zhejiang Western ReturnedScholars Association held a general meeting in Hangzhou. The meeting passed theConstitution of Zhejiang Western Returned Scholars Association, and elected theleadership of the first council. Yigong Shi, the academician of Chinese Academyof Sciences and president of Westlake University, was elected as president ofZhejiang Western Returned Scholars Association. Grace Shi, the partner of HighMark, participated in the meeting and was elected as a member of the firstcouncil.
