On December 5, the 2019 Insurance LawAcademic Annual Meeting was successfully held in Hangzhou, which was hosted bythe Zhejiang Insurance Society and organized by the Insurance Law ResearchCommittee of the Zhejiang Insurance Society. The meeting was presided over byXuedong Fan, the secretary general of Zhejiang Insurance Society.

    The papers “Study on the Civil Liability ofInsurance Companies for Property Preservation in the Suit--The Perspective ofJudicial Case Studies in Zhejiang Province in Recent Years” written by HighMark lawyers Weiwen Zhu and Haiyun Nie were selected into the Proceedings ofthe 2019 Insurance Law Academic Annual Conference of the Zhejiang InsuranceSociety.
