On October 31, the tenth Zhejiang LawyersForum was successfully held in Wenzhou, which was hosted by Zhejiang LawyersAssociation, organized by Wenzhou Lawyers Association.

   At the closing ceremony of the forum, theaward ceremony for excellent papers and excellent organization awards was held,and 10 papers for the first prize, 20 papers for the second prize and 31 papersfor the third prize were selected. After the selection, the paper "TheDeath of "Extraterritorial Jurisdiction": A Preliminary Study on LegalRisk Prevention of Chinese International General Contracting Enterprises in theContext of U.S. Trade Sanctions and Export Controls", co-authored by HighMark lawyers Jing Cao and Yuhan Hu, won the second prize of this forum.
