On March 31, 2021, Hangzhou IntermediatePeople’s Court held a press conference on bankruptcy trial to help buildbusiness environment, at which it released the “Ten Typical Cases 2019-2020” ofHangzhou Intermediate People’s Court. The case of liquidation to reorganizationof Southeast Shipboard Daily Chemical Co., for which High Mark acted as the bankruptcyadministrator, was selected as one of the “Ten Typical Cases 2019-2020”.
