Recently, the eleventh Zhejiang LawyersForum was successfully held in Huzhou, which was hosted by Zhejiang Lawyers Associationand organized by Huzhou Lawyers Association. The theme of the forum is “digitalreform and legal services”.

    At the closing ceremony of this forum, anaward ceremony for excellent papers and excellent organization awards was held,in which 11 papers for the first prize, 19 papers for the second prize and 40papers for the third prize were selected.

   After the selection, the paper “Reflectionson the Copyright Characterization of Online Game Live Broadcasting Behavior”written by Lin Xu and Xin Lu won the first prize of the excellent papers of theforum, Grace Shi’s paper “Enforcement and Remedies in the Event of SettingAside of an International Arbitral Award by the Place of Arbitration” andWeiwen Zhu's paper “Reflections on the Combination of ‘Past-Oriented’ and ‘Future-Oriented’Lawyer Mediation Procedures” won the first prize of the excellent papers of theforum.
