Dengyuan Wang raised an objectiontowards the judgment of the first instance and appealed to the Zhejiang HighPeople’s Court. After the second instance, the defendant promised to stop theinfringement and compensate Yocan Group’s economic loss and cost. Both partiesreached a settlement.
