On Jan 22^nd, 2014, HangzhouGongshu People’s Court made the first instance judgment, stating that thedefendant, a technology company from Hangzhou, pays the plaintiff, an internettechnology company from Hangzhou, liquidated damage, service fee and overduefine 190000 yuan. The defendant’s counterclaim was dismissed.
