Founded in 1951,Hangzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce and Hangzhou Chamber of Commercenow have 22272 members, which include 18208 corporations. In March, 2014,Hangzhou Court of Arbitration was established by Hangzhou Federation ofIndustry and Commerce and Hangzhou Chamber of Commerce and they have decided toextend their branches to 28 districts.

On 22^ndJuly, 2014, Menghua Daiwas invited to address the officers of Hangzhou Court of Arbitration,delivering a speech about ‘Chamber of Commerce and Arbitration’. He referred tosome related cases and stressed the balance between the advantages ofArbitration and Chamber of Commerce. There were some interactive activities interms of dispute resolution agreement and arbitration procedures.
