Partner Dai pointed that the legal marketis changing everyday and there are challenges waiting for us. He used Porter’sFive Forces Model to emphasize that competition is everywhere. He also statedthat how High Mark faces the Five Forces and takes its advantage to start thenew era of High Mark. High Mark canonizes the 7-S Framework of McKinsey, soMenghua Dai analyzed the solution combining the current situation of High Mark,concluding that we should move towards the direction of strengtheningdiversified competition, improving the specialization and controlling the cost.
