A group oflawyers of High Mark led by Liqing He (partner) and Jing Li (lawyer) provided legal service for a large group company of Zhejiang Province with its acquisition project of the hot spring resort in Shengzhou, Zhejiang. As the legalcounsel of the acquiring company, High Mark conducted the due diligence investigation and participated in the design of the project framework andprocess. Also, High Mark played an important role in the negotiation stage.

The hot springresort is a provincial tourist resort and the major construction of Shengzhou,Zhejiang. The acquisition cost of this project will reach about hundreds ofmillions of yuan. The planning area of this project is about 28km², with more than7000 mu collective land and 560 mu requisitioned land. By the end of 2014, morethan 8 hundred million yuan has been invested in this project and more than 10 hundred million yuan will probably be invested in the project subsequently. After completion, the tourist resort will be the largest hot spring resort in Zhejiang province.
