Lately,lawyers from the investment and trade department of High Mark provided legalservice on establishing a Chinese-foreign cooperative enterprise for Yunshi XiannvLake Real Estate Co., Ltd. from Hangzhou and an investment corporation from Hongkong. The total investment amount in this cooperative enterprise will be 95million dollars and both parties will cooperate to develop the Xiannv Laketourist resort. High Mark participated in the whole process of the project,including business negotiation, signing of the letter of intent and thecontract, government approval registration procedures and the related financing assurance affairs.
