High Mark was entrusted by Zhejiang Fuwu Asset Management Co., Ltd. to provide a legal opinion report concerningthe listed transferring of the 9.84% share of Zhejiang Materials Industry Group Corporation it owned through the platform of Zhejiang Property &Stock Exchange. According to the relevant laws, rules and regulations, lawyers Lijia Shi and Jing Li from High Mark conducted the examination considering the subject qualification of the transferor, the legality of theshares, the internal and external decision-making approval process and theshare transferring scheme.

     This share transferring project has alreadybeen listed on the platform of Zhejiang Property & Stock Exchange on 2^ndJune 2015.
