On July 21st of 2015,the third congress of the Hangzhou CECA was held in Zhejiang San Li New CenturyGrand Hotel. The congress deliberated the operating and financial report fromthe second council of the CECA. Moreover, The CECA Constitution (draft) wasreviewed, and the new council was elected.

Nearly 231representatives of member units and leaders from the government attended theconference. The chief partner of High Mark Law Firm, Mr. Menghua Dai, waselected as the vice president of the CECA in Hangzhou.
