OnAugust 14th, High Mark Law Firm held the midyear conference, which wasconducted by Ms. Liqing He who was one of the partners in the law firm.

Duringthe meeting, each member summarized their work performance in the first halfyear and also made prospect in the next half of 2015. As a general partner, Ms.Liqing He, Mr. Jianping Xu, Mr. Dengyuan Wang and Ms. Jiali Shi made a summaryin accordance with legal consultancy, lawsuit, arbitration and ADR in the fieldof Financial Securities, IP, Investment & Trade, Construction & Houseproperty and Corporate Affair. They also reported the conditions ofadministration, HR, Finance and business management in the firm which were supervisedby them respectively.

Finally,the chief partner, Mr. Menghua Dai, made a summing up of operating performance,brand perception, business development, party organization, corporateinstitutions, team building and public welfare of the law firm, and he alsopraised the development of the firm and expected the second half year.
