Inthe evening of the August 20th, High Mark Law Firm organized the “High Mark Class”which was a series of training courses for young lawyers and paralegals. Thetheme of the course was according to negotiation skills of business, and thepresenter was Yuqiu Wang who was the paralegal in the Law Firm.

Combinedwith his learning experience at the Harvard University, Mr. Wang shared theknowledge, starting from the definition of negotiation and the ICON model, abouthow to maximize the interests of all parties and achieve a win-win result in anegotiation. During the course, five simulated cases fully aroused the creativityand enthusiasm of the participants, and the negotiation skills and professionalcompetence of young lawyers were enhanced.
